Qualifikationsziele

The aim of the module Advanced Business Administration is to provide an overview of concepts, tasks, sub-disciplines and methods of Business Administration in order to be able to solve economic problems with suitable instruments as well as with adequate methods. Furthermore, the students are given concrete ideas about some specific business processes in companies and what significance is attached to business administration. In addition, the lecture provides an insight into special topics of Business Administration and gives also insights into related economic subjects.

After finishing the course Advanced Business Administration, the students are skilled to understand the content of legal and economic conditions as well as company-specific topics. They can adequately assess the business environment as well as a large number of company-specific procedures. Hence, the students are qualified to create economic strategies, to forecast economic consequences and to make rational decisions within a given business environment.

Altogether, the students repeat and intensify the fundamentals of Business Administration. They get to know special issues of company planning, how to understand managerial strategies and how to accompany all entrepreneurial decisions professionally.
