Instruction content/structure
  • Grundlagen für IoT Entwicklung.
  • Analyse der Trends im IoT Bereich und basierend auf aktuellen Forschungsentwicklungen.
  • Fortgeschrittene Software-Entwicklung für Android:
    • Entwicklungssprache (Android, XML), App Zusammensetzung (Manifest, UI, Programmcode, Build Scripts), und AVD Runtimes/Emulators.
    • Behandlung von fortgeschrittenen Themen wie Sensorik (z.B. GPS, Compass, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, NFC), mit besonderem Fokus auf Kontext und Positionierung.
    • Behandlung von Android IoT SDKs und Style Guides (Android Wear, TV, Glass, Home, Car).
  • Interpretation und Verständnis mobiler, ubiquitärer und IoT Forschungsergebnisse.
Qualification objectives

Die Studierenden kennen die Herausforderungen und Trends im Internet der Dinge (IoT). Sie sind in der Lage Style-Guides anzuwenden um IoT Benutzeroberflächen zu erstellen. Sie haben die Fähigkeit theoretisches und praktisches Wissen um Android IoT Anwendungen zu entwickeln und zu evaluieren.
