Students are enabled to

  • understand the nature and importance of projects and project management
  • define the terms, standards and types of projects
  • understand and apply the basic concepts for particular phases in the project’s lifecycle: initialization, definition, planning, control and closure
  • develop personal and social skills necessary for project managers

The module follows the famous IPMA standard for project management competencies.
