  • Internationalisation Theories
  • International Expansion Strategies

 The course is taught in a seminar style with practical examples and selected case studies.

Qualification objectives

By the end of this module, students should be able to:

  • Understand the complexity associated with doing business nationally, regionally an internationally.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of the global business environment by analysing specific real-world examples.
  • Establish specific links between their studies and the changing business world
  • Recognize that business decisions must always be seen against the background of wider economic, political, social and technological framework conditions.
