- Independent planning, organization and implementation of projects for the further development of the university, the faculty or the field of study,
- dealing with legal basics,
- intellectual conception, structuring, implementation of the project
- successful transmission and dissemination of the commitment
- evaluation of the project

Qualification objectives

Through the conscious examination and implementation of
university as well as faculty promoting and didactic projects, students acquire and develop leadership and personal competencies that are difficult to acquire in usual teaching situations. In particular, these are the following competencies:

- Sensitivity to the needs of others, acceptance of different lifestyles/attitudes as well as different political as well as social beliefs,

- emotional competencies,

- strategic planning and organizational skills,

- presentation skills, communication and negotiation skills,

- ability to work in a team, time management
