1. Knowledge recapitulation.

L: Introduction and salutation, communication on ourselves and our families, study at the University of South Bohemia, countries and nationalities.

2. G: Grammatical gender, the nominative and accusative singular.

L: In restaurant, Czech and Moravial special dishes.

3. G: Singular accusative – signal verbs and prepositions.

L: In a shop, complaints.

4. G: Future tense.

L: Time management, leisure time activity planning, travelling – station, public transport.

5. G: Future tense, accusative in set phrases and idioms.

L: At a doctor.

6. G: Singular genitive, prepositions related to the genitive.

Qualifikationsziele

The aim of the course is to provide students with practical language skills as corresponds to the level A1/A2 CEFR. Following components are exercised: speech skills, listening with understanding, reading with understanding, grammatical structures and writing; maximal emphasis is put on mastering speech skills. The language training is also linked with getting to know the Czech life, culture etc. – by means of reading of adapted texts and discussion. The exam consists in the language solution of a particular situation.
