  •  Current road transportation systems, traffic engineering, traffic management and infrastructures
  • Mobility in society (e.g. autonomous and intelligent transportation systems, localization and navigation systems, logistics, virtual reality and transportation)
  • Designing future-oriented transport services and infrastructures
  • Enquiry, analysis and interpretation of data concerning traffic engineering and safety
  • Economics, safety and management of road transport-related issues
  • Environmental issues (e.g. pollution, noise) 

Working in the global business environment of traffic engineering 

  •  Major company organization patterns and department developments (R&D, production, QA)
  • Job search and developing your career (recruitment, applications, interviews, relocation)
  • Developing the project- and product life-cycle, projects and follow-up
