Learning objectives are the development, consolidation and practical application of HRM competencies. In the module, the students acquire technical HR competencies, methodical competencies (e.g. teamwork, presentation skills), social competencies (e.g. communicating, capacity to reflect, conflict management), language and intercultural competencies.
