I + II: Project management (Roseline Le Squère)

The network approach (with specific examples, particularly concerning Brittany), the concept of territory, the links between regional cultures and economic development of the regions are among the most important questions of project management. To prepare a strong and viable project, knowledge of the context of the territories involved in the project action is fundamental. The problem of multiculturalism is also taken into consideration.

Project management introduction

1. The professional project approach: what are we talking about?
2. The steps of a project and how to approach a territory (to get a state of the art, understand the possible networks)
3. To work with efficacy in networks (examples)

4. To prepare a call for tender (to write a proposition) : specific examples of tender models, description and writing styles
5. Financial monitoring project

 

Project management : territories development

1. Regional cultures, economic development:  territorial resources for regional economies: to know and understand a territory to prepare a project

2. To manage innovation and aim for the development of a territory by the Project Action

3. To work in a team (with a formal situation analyzed))

4. The intercultural problematic

III Project management communication skills: disseminisation and optimization (Marion Bressy)

-  The principles of communication: definitions, stakes and means.

-   Message: For whom? Purpose? How ?

-  Choosing the right words and communication tools, written and oral.

-  Body language: attitudes, gestures, breath and stress management.

Teaching methods mainly based on exercises, oral practice and breath and stress management.

Qualifikationsziele

I + II: Project management (Roseline Le Squère)

The project management course is designed to prepare the student for professional project approach, according to the example of various community programs, simulations, exercises of application (including budget). The approach to territorial development is very intensively discussed. To carry out a project in a specific territory, the networks of actors must develop specific procedures, in line with the policies of the territories concerned.

III Project management communication skills: disseminisation and optimization (Marion Bressy)

This course aims to increase students’ interpersonal and oral skills.
