  • Kommunikationsgestaltung im Projekt, u.a. Konflikt- und Krisenmanagement, Gesprächsführung und -organisation
  • Diskussion von Fallbeispielen für erfolgreiche bzw. fehlgeschlagene Projekte und die Rolle der Kommunikation darin
  • Arbeit an einem eigenen Projekt

  • Types of texts/genres in project management (including meetings, negotiations, status reports)
  • Communication design in the project, including conflict and crisis management, discussion management and organization
  • Discussion of case studies of successful or failed projects and the role of communication in them

Die Studierenden können

  • die vermittelten Grundlagen des Projektmanagments und der Projektkommunikation auf Fallbeispiele anwenden und ein eigenes Projekt unter wissenschaflticher Perspektive erfolgreich durchführen.
