Instruction content/structure

Gegenstand des Moduls sind grundlegende Zusammenhänge des Erlebens und Verhaltens von Beschäftigten im Prozess der Arbeit, wie z.B. Motivation in Organisationen, Determinanten des Leistungsverhaltens, Problemlösen und Kommunikation in Gruppen, Beurteilung von Leistung und Verhalten sowie Konflikthandhabung.
Qualification objectives

Entwickelt wird die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und zielführenden Kommunikation mit anderen Personen in teamorientierten Organisationen. Es wird grundlegendes Wissen zur Entwicklung von Gruppen- und Teamarbeit, zur Motivation und zur Beurteilung von Teammitgliedern erworben. Die Anwendung erfolgt durch die Bearbeitung und Präsentation praxisnaher Fallstudien in Projektgruppen.
