This module provides an introduction to renewable energy technologies and engineering concepts. The material covered in the module will enable students to communicate and collaborate with engineers from different disciplines more effectively and to understand the professional role of a chemical engineer.  The module introduces students to engineering approaches.  The topics are relevant to chemical engineers in their day to day working life.  The key concepts will be conveyed by interactive involvement of students in problem-based learning activities.
