Qualification objectives

The main objective of this course is to help students to develop their personal awareness about their own leadership style. Through case studies, group discussions, interactive activities and other exercises. We will focus on three key areas of leadership: Self-Leading, leading others and leading change. This course also aims to improve students’ managerial skills in changing environments, i.e., those skills that will allow them to cope better and thrive in an increasingly fast-moving, complex, inter-connected and diverse labor and business environment.
